Drilling deep into identified strengths and challenges, a written report provides detailed analysis and recommendations for implementing a six month action plan, and culminates in presentation to City Council and other leaders.

The Hospitality Zone Strategy Package is a structured team-building and transformation process. This in-depth assessment is designed to identify issues and barriers preventing optimum function and management of a hospitality zone.  

Project Phases

• Transformation Team: Develop a steering transformation leadership team with representation from key stakeholders perspectives (hospitality, safety, development, community) and role (impacted, invested, innovator, influential) to prioritize and guide the project and outreach to broader network of stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Orientation: Individuals and organizations convene to gather information about the project goal, their role and assignments for information gathering, and begin the process to prioritize issues.

• Strategic Roundtables: Facilitated discussion to assess current situation, desired outcomes, resources required, and role for implementation for six core elements and hospitality zone development.

• Action Plan Report and Leadership Summit: Action Plan presented to individuals participating in the Strategic Roundtables to review and finalize an action plan with implementation strategies.
