Experience your
hospitality zone as a learning laboratory. A two day
on-site training and consultation with facilitated
discussion to identify and build on strengths and
overcome challenges.
RHI conducts pre-event stakeholder
interviews, facilitates a night tour and guides work
groups to develop a preliminary action plan for each of
the six core elements.
Pre-event Logistics,
Interviews and Research
RHI staff and facilitators work
with the host city coordinator in developing a
recruitment strategy, developing background information
and online registration, and assist in referrals to
other city stakeholders who participated in the process.
Six phone interviews with key
leaders will provide in-depth understanding of trends
and issues so RHI facilitators can customize
presentation and group discussion.
